Forms of manual therapy have been used for millennia in every part of the world to alleviate pain brought about by musculoskeletal imbalances.


Manual therapy refers to hands-on techniques for addressing pain and myofascial dysfunction. I use an array of such techniques that can very quickly bring relief to painful conditions due to overuse, bad posture, and injuries.
