Pain can really ruin your day. The same goes for debilitating allergies, mental/emotional issues, and a host of other ailments. Often we are told that there are no effective treatments to truly heal from such health problems. We chalk it up to the aging process and that nothing can be done to mitigate a depressing process of deterioration.  

My mission is to prove that this "downward spiral" concept is not set in stone and that we have the capacity to not only to heal, but actually get stronger as we age.

To accomplish this end, I aim to not only alleviate symptoms, but address the underlying physical, energetic, and emotional dysfunctional patterns at play

As the son of a holistic veterinarian (my mom got him into the alternative medicine side of things) I grew up in a household where Chinese medicine was the norm.I saw animals recover from what other experts labeled as lost causes.  

Studying Chinese and Filipino martial arts, I have seen people well into their 70s and even 80s move with agility, stamina, and power, at times out maneuvering their younger counterparts.

And after studying Chigong for over 30 years, I continue to be amazed at the healing powers our bodies innately possess.

Using a combination of Chinese Medicine, Western manual therapy, and other holistic modalities, I want to help everyone tap into that healing power. I have found that this combination yields better outcomes than any single method.
